As a single professional who works too many hours, I often found myself too tired or too busy to cook and as a result eating unhealthy food. I knew realistically that even though I had the desire to eat well, at the end of the day I simply didn’t have the energy left to make it happen. I tried Supper Made Simple as a 3 months experiment to see if I liked them. I’ve now been a customer for over a year and it’s great. A healthy dinner waiting for me when I get home for work everyday is the cure to a lot of my old bad eating habits and is one less thing for me to worry about.
